This specialist stream provides hard and soft facilities management services across a wide range of property types, including commercial, retail, health and aged care, sports and leisure, laboratories and universities.

We offer different service delivery models to suit specific client’s requirements. Our approach varies from fully comprehensive head-contract arrangements to an agency based managed service approach. We have significant experience in delivering FM services as part of the PPP model. Our solutions include the following services:
