The Wharf at Woolloomooloo was originally built in 1910 and Brookfield Multiplex, using the integrated model and in a joint venture with Australand Walker, restored the Heritage listed Wharf into a multi function complex in 1997. The restoration was the recipient of 5 industry awards. The property has luxury strata units, a boutique hotel, retail outlets, marina berths and car parking spaces. The Wharf is the largest timber structure in the southern hemisphere and has over 4,000 original piles and comprises 313 luxury strata units, a 109 suite boutique hotel, 3,000sqm retail, 65 marina berths and 450 car spaces.
