Brookfield Multiplex Capital is a highly successful listed property trust with property assets valued at over $3 billion.  The portfolio comprises 29 commercial, retail and industrial properties totalling approximately 530,000sqm and includes over 750 leases with many of Australia’s major blue-chip organisations and government agencies (Federal and State).

The Services division of Brookfield Multiplex provides Property and Facilities Management services to all properties within the portfolio and Brookfield Multiplex Capital is managed as an internal client whereby we have in place a commercial management agreement based on the same stringent performance KPIs applicable to our external clients.

Ernst & Young / World Square is an entire city block located in the southern sector of the Sydney CBD comprising a 51 storey, 62,000sqm commercial office tower and a 16,000sqm retail shopping centre including fresh food, urban fashion, home wares, health, beauty, banks and other services. The commercial tower currently has a 4 ABGR rating and which is currently being upgraded to a 4.5 star ABGR rating.

Brookfield Multiplex constructed and now owns the precinct and the Services Division provides Property & Facilities Management services to both the commercial and retail precincts.
