The Jessie Street Centre, Parramatta

The Jessie Street Centre is Parramatta’s largest commercial building and is arranged with ground level retail and office accommodation, a five level office podium, 20 level office tower and an expansive atrium. It has 54,336sqm of lettable space. The building has a basement level with reserved car parking for some 329 vehicles.

Brookfield Multiplex Services is currently project managing a major upgrade of the building to achieve specific environmental outcomes, including a 4.5 star ABGR and a 4 Green Star rating. The value of the re-fit is approximately A$50 million.

IAG House 388 George Street, Sydney

IAG House is an A-grade commercial office building originally completed in 1976, and refurbished in 1998. It has 38,607sqm of lettable area and 80 car spaces.

Brookfield Multiplex is currently providing project management for upgrade and refurbishment of services and fit out works, a A$20 million project that will appreciate the value of the property, reduce recurring operating costs and improve the building amenity. The project objectives in relation to energy require that the fit-out achieves a 4 Star ABGR and a 4 Green Star rating.
