Jon McCormick, Managing Director
Jon has been with Brookfield Multiplex Services since inception in 1998. He has extensive experience in property, facilities, construction and project management including negotiating performance-based leases and contracts and coordinating due diligence for acquisitions and divestment. Jon is responsible for the performance of the Services' business across the facilities management, property service, residential services, project management and corporate real estate sectors. He is also responsible for developing and implementing the divisional strategy.
Charlie Reilly, Deputy Managing Director
Charlie has more than 25 years experience in facilities planning, maintenance management and property operations. He has been a part of the Brookfield Multiplex Services' team since inception in 1998. Charlie drives Brookfield Multiplex Services' capability improvement and new business development and is responsible for the PPP tender programs and all infrastructure projects.
Kay Grant, Director Business Systems
Kay has more than 25 years experience in property with expertise in retail and commercial management, property development and strategic property financial management as well as business planning. Kay is responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of Brookfield Multiplex Services' accredited business systems including quality, OHS, environmental and sustainability management and risk & opportunity management. She also leads the business' integration initiatives, from inception, design, construction, handover and completion as well as management information systems development and implementation.
David Elton, Director Commercial
David has been a part of the Brookfield Multiplex Services team since 2001. He has extensive experience in property, facilities, construction and operations. David is responsible for commercial aspects of the business including risk management, structuring and analysis of project financial and delivery models, acquisitions and divestments. He also provides leadership for residential services division, Morton & Morton. He has been instrumental in Brookfield Multiplex Services’ success in long term fixed price contracting.
