Brookfield Multiplex completed the design and construct of Pivotal Point Tower, the tallest building on the Gold Coast, in 2005.
Located on the Broadwater at Southport, the 40-storey high-rise boasts a mix use of residential and commercial.
The 35 levels of residential apartments, of which there are 92 in total, rise from Level 6 to Level 34 and include a selection of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. Levels 35 to 38 comprise exclusive sub-penthouses, each luxuriously occupying an entire floor. The Pivotal Penthouse occupies two floors at the pinnacle of the skyscraper on Levels 39 and 40.
Each apartment has been designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular views of the Gold Coast and Hinterland.
A podium on Level 5 offers resort-style recreational facilities for all residents to enjoy. These include a 25-metre lap pool with timber decking, a separate heated spa, sauna, barbecue facilities, gymnasium, games room, hobby room, sun deck and extensive landscaped planting.
The property overlooks Broadwater in the heart of the Southport CBD, just a short walk to Australia Fair and downstairs to many restaurants. The Brookfield Multiplex design also includes three levels of basement carparking and five levels of commercial floor space, designed specifically to encourage a connection with the community’s commercial district.
