Our Succession Planning and Talent Management process ensures we understand the performance & potential of our staff. Our Performance Management program feeds into this process, and it involves regular balanced feedback, mid year review and end of year review of performance, in addition to Development Planning. All of these phases ensure a comprehensive understanding of the core capabilities, strengths and development needs of our staff.
