Peterborough Hospital, UK
One of the largest PFI projects undertaken within the National Health Service, it will provide the three NHS Trusts (Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Mental Health Trust and North Peterborough Primary Care Trust) with modern healthcare facilities designed to meet a wide range of health needs.
Long Bay Forensic and Prison Hospitals
Brookfield Multiplex Infrastructure has 50% equity interest in this project with Babcock & Brown holding the other 50% equity interest. The project is on the grounds of the operational Long Bay Correctional Complex and comprises an 85 bed prison hospital made up of a medical, surgical, aged care and rehabilitation building, a mental health building, and a gatehouse, entry, visits and administration building and a 135 bed forensic hospital and administration building. The design and construction of the project was contracted to Brookfield Multiplex Constructions.
Royal Melbourne Showgrounds Redevelopment, VIC
Brookfield Multiplex Infrastructure has 50% equity interest in this project with Babcock & Brown holding the other 50% equity interest. The project involved the refurbishment of existing structures and construction of new structures ranging from new office complexes to open air arenas and large scale tension structures. The redevelopment showcased a diverse mix of heritage intertwined with modern construction and architecture over a 19Ha site comprising 600,000 sq m of exhibition space. The design and construction of the project was contracted to Brookfield Multiplex Constructions and the facilities management is contracted to Brookfield Multiplex Services.
