The completion of 52 Goulburn Street marked the final piece of the World Square® Precinct.

The A-Grade office space designed by Crone Partners incorporates some of the City’s largest typical floorplates measuring 2,500 sqm and has been designed to provide a contemporary, light-filled and secure office environment for relocated Government staff.

With its position above the existing World Square® Retail Shopping Centre (designed, constructed, owned and operated by Brookfield Multiplex) a large and striking eleven storey high central atrium with glass lifts, exposed lift structure and glass-enclosed stairs results in an eye-catching, dynamic central space, while also creating strong intra-office communication between levels and throughout the entire building.
