The Dubai Waterfront will transform 1.4 billion square feet of empty desert and sea into an international community for an estimated population of 1.5 million people that is twice the size of Hong Kong Island. It is on track to becoming the exemplar sustainable city founded on resource efficiency, social equity, and economic prosperity.

The site is situated near the north eastern entrance of the Palm Canal in Phase I of The Madinat Al Arab development.  It lies on the western edge of the canal and enjoys the direct frontage to the canal promenade.

The Palm Canal Towers development consists of six mixed use towers and podium spread across two sites with a total development area of 520,000 sqm.  Tower 1 is an icon residential building of 53 levels featuring a rotating façade.  Towers 2 and 3 are commercial buildings featuring double height executive meeting rooms and suites.  Tower 4 is split between hotel and serviced apartments featuring cafes, restaurants, conferencing and sports facilities.  Towers 5 and 6 are residential buildings.
