Anna Newman-Sanders

Executive Director – HR

Anna is responsible for planning and implementing our HR strategy in the UK, Middle East and Canada. Based in London, Anna oversees all aspects of HR, including Talent Management, Operations, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Reward.

Richard Garman

Executive Director - Commercial, Europe

Richard has overall commercial responsibility for all aspects of construction and pre-construction across the European business. He has over 25 years industry experience and has delivered a wide range of construction projects across the UK, Eastern Europe, Asia, and Australia. Richard is a Fellow in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Renier Breitenbach

General Manager, Qatar

Renier joined Brookfield Multiplex Dubai in 2007. He relocated to Qatar to complete Brookfield Multiplex’s inaugural project in Doha, the W Hotel. He is currently responsible for managing daily operations and strategic growth for the Qatar construction business.

Andrew Phillips

Operations Manager, UAE

Andrew joined Brookfield Multiplex in 2002. He transferred to London in 2004. In 2007, he relocated to the Middle East and is currently Operations Manager, managing all construction operations for the business in the UAE.

Sam Royal

Executive Director - Projects, Europe

Sam has 19 years experience and expertise specialising in large construction projects in the UK and Australia. Sam is responsible for leading, delivering and managing a variety of construction projects within the UK and Europe.

Hamish Pryor

President, Canada

Hamish has over 40 years experience in the construction industry, successfully delivering projects throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East. Since launching the Canadian company in 2010, Hamish has secured over seven projects and is establishing BM as a leading contractor.

Steve Pearce

Chief Financial Officer, Europe & Canada

Steve is responsible for accounting and finance functions in Europe and Canada. He has over 25 years’ financial experience and held a number of Finance Director roles before joining Multiplex Development Division in 2005, he transferred to the Construction division as CFO in August 2010.

Marcus Truscott

Managing Director, Middle East

Marcus has close to 20 years of construction industry experience. He joined Brookfield Multiplex Europe in 2003 as a Project Manager, and transferred to the Middle East in 2005, where he progressed quickly to Project Director then General Manager of our Abu Dhabi business and more recently, Managing Director, responsible for all Middle East operations.

Tim Atkinson

Executive Director - Projects, Europe

Tim has over 35 years experience in the UK construction industry. He joined Brookfield Multiplex in 2012 and is responsible for leading and delivering construction activities within the UK and Europe. Tim is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

George Assimakopoulos

Director, Europe

George joined Brookfield Multiplex in 2001 and was promoted to the Board in 2005. He is responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of construction projects within the UK and Europe. George is also a Board Director of Brookfield Multiplex CDM Services and Brookfield Multiplex Plant & Equipment.

Ben Keenan

Director & General Counsel, Europe and Canada

Ben is head of legal and insurance functions in Europe and Canada. Ben joined Brookfield Multiplex Australia in 2004 and transferred to UK in 2005. He is responsible for contract review and negotiation, risk management and dispute resolution.

John Ballantyne

Executive Director - Projects, Europe

John has over 30 years experience in the construction industry both in the UK and overseas. He is responsible for leading and delivering construction activities within the UK and Europe. John is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Alan Humphrey

Commercial Director, Middle East

Alan has over 15 years of international Construction Commercial Management experience. His career has spanned from Quantity Surveyor to Contract and Commercial Management.

Steven Crosby

Senior Vice President - Commercial, Canada

Steven has over 25 years commercial construction experience having worked on major projects across numerous market sectors. He is responsible for the commercial, financial, legal and work winning functions of the Canadian business and has been based in Canada since 2010.

Rodney Roatz

Chief Financial Officer, Middle East

Rodney joined Brookfield Multiplex UK in 2006. In 2008, he moved into the role of Financial Controller for the Europe Construction division before transferring to the Middle East in 2011 as CFO for the region.

Ashley Muldoon

CEO, Europe, Middle East & Canada

Ashley joined Multiplex in 1997 in Sydney as a Project Manager, he then transferred to London in 2003 and progressed through the ranks to Director of our UK operations in 2004, and ultimately CEO in 2010.

Ralph Tulipano

Senior Vice President - Operations, Canada

Ralph is a senior construction professional with over 25 years experience working across a diverse project portfolio including healthcare, education, commercial, retail, tourism and leisure, residential and infrastructure. Ralph is a licensed member of the Professional Engineers Ontario and is responsible for the Canadian business operations.

James Shea

Executive Director - Projects, Europe

James has over 15 years experience in construction and development in the USA, UK and India. He joined Brookfield Multiplex in 2013 and is responsible for leading and delivering a pipeline of commercial and residential projects within the UK and Europe.

Ross Ballingall

Managing Director, Europe

Ross has overall responsibility for Construction and Hard Services in Europe. Ross joined Brookfield Multiplex in 2006 and was responsible for the successful delivery of our first major PFI Healthcare scheme. He was appointed a Director in 2008 and Managing Director in 2010.
