What we do
At Brookfield Multiplex Green, we offer a range of engineering, design and construction services that can be tailored to meet the unique requirements of any project; from commercial high rise to healthcare.
We deliver solutions across the full retrofitting spectrum, from the tuning of existing mechanical and electrical systems, to a full refurbishment of building services in combination with a comprehensive interiors and architectural upgrade programme.
Our construction, engineering and design skills can be combined in an integrated turn-key approach or, alternatively, each element can be accessed as a stand-alone service.
Analysis
We review a buildings current performance, identifying a suite of measures to improve efficiency. Our review of energy usage will show exactly where and how bottom line cost savings can be made. We can also assess the buildings Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), measuring a number of indicators that can influence employee effectiveness and efficiency, benchmarking these against best practice.
Design
We produce a comprehensive, tax-efficient design incorporating all the required engineering, interiors and architectural components, to meet the commercial and environmental objectives of the project; delivering value to both the building owner and tenants.
When Brookfield Multiplex Green is engaged for both design and construction management, we can agree a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or fixed price, as appropriate. We can also offer a finance backed performance guarantee, linked to achieving agreed operational energy efficiency, carbon and IEQ targets within a defined period after practical completion.
Construct
Brookfield Multiplex Green will manage the construction of the project according to the agreed design, programme and cost.
We can also provide a stand-alone construction management service if required.
Measure
If a performance guarantee is in place, we will monitor and measure operational performance for a defined period post-completion, to ensure the building is being managed effectively, and in accordance with the agreed design. To ensure confidence that we will deliver against the targets, our performance guarantee is financially backed.
