Established in 1962, the Brookfield Multiplex business now includes Construction + Development, Engineering + Infrastructure and Infrastructure Services, with a current workbook value of US$5.4 billion across 28 projects, spanning a variety of sectors including commercial, infrastructure, health, retail, residential and education.

Recent high profile projects include the award-winning Melbourne Convention Centre, the only 6 Star Green Star rated entertainment venue in the world and recipient of over 10 industry awards.

Brookfield Multiplex also created the 6 Green Star development at One Shelley Street, in Sydney, and New Zealand's newest green icon, Deloitte Centre in Auckland.

Australia continues to offer a valuable pipeline of new work for Brookfield Multiplex, including high profile construction jobs such as Star City Casino in Sydney, Fiona Stanley Hospital in Western Australia, City Square Commercial Tower in Western Australia and the Hilton Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. We are currently tendering for and actively pursuing a further A$4.6 billion of prospective Australian projects.

The Engineering + Infrastructure business currently has projects underway in the rail, water and mining resource sectors.
