Multiplex Property Trust's objective is to own a modern portfolio of investment grade real estate well diversified by sector, geography and tenant.
The Trust's strategy focuses on investment in the following sectors:
- Commercial - the focus is on prime buildings, securely let or substantially pre-committed in established markets;
- Retail - the portfolio concentrates on neighbourhood and sub-regional centres, bulky goods sector and retail properties with mixed-use development in areas exhibiting strong demographics;
- Industrial/Other - opportunities are sought and acquired where the property offers generic accommodation in preferred or emerging locations; and
- Investments - selective investments have been made to a further diversify the portfolio.
