Employee Health and Wellbeing
Brookfield Multiplex is committed to the health and wellbeing of its employees. A number of safety and wellbeing initiatives which were launched throughout 2005 were continued in 2006. The Group’s Employee Assistance Program, which provides confidential, professional assistance to employees whose performance is, or may become, affected by personal or work-related problems is now firmly in place in all regions.
The program ensures all our employees and their immediate families are provided with assistance as they require it. As part of Brookfield Multiplex’s Wellness Program, employees were also offered a free health assessment and free flu shots.
