The Brookfield Multiplex Group Board has determined that political donations will generally not be made but have however delegated to the Chief Executive approval for expenditure up to an annual cap in any financial year. All requests for political donations must be referred to the Company Secretary for approval by the Chief Executive. Approved political donations are disclosed in accordance with legislation. Below is a table that sets out the political donations made by the Group (including payments made to entities associated with political parties) throughout the 2007 financial year.
