Recruitment Process

  • Online Application

    The online application will take approximately 15 mins to complete. You will need to have your cover letter, CV and academic results ready to attach.

  • First Round Interview

    Your first round interview will be conducted over the telephone or in person, with either our recruitment partner or a Brookfield Multiplex staff member. Our recruitment partner has worked closely with us to understand the type of candidates we are looking for. Our telephone interviews usually take about 20 minutes and you will be able to select a time convenient to you.

  • Assessment

    Psychometric Assessment provides us with additional objective, reliable and relevant information about the likelihood of job success and satisfaction at Brookfield Multiplex. The format of these assessments will either be individual (online or on location) or a group assessment centre (with a group of candidates doing a number of activities).

    On commencement, you will be given feedback on this assessment information and assisted in putting together a development plan based on this information.

  • Final Interview

    If your assessment outcomes demonstrate that you possess the attributes we look for in our cadets and graduates, then you will be invited to attend a final interview with one or two of our Business leaders.

  • Reference Check

    The final stage of the recruitment process is to conduct a background check with two referees. We will ask your permission before conducting this check.

  • Offers Made

    If you are successful, you will formally be invited to start your career with Brookfield Multiplex. We will keep in touch between job offer and commencement to keep you up to date with what’s happening at Brookfield Multiplex and to welcome you to the team!

  • Job Start

    You will commence either late 2009 or Jan/Feb 2010. We will be in touch prior to commencement to confirm details about your induction into Brookfield Multiplex.
