Why do you enjoy working for Brookfield Multiplex?

Brookfield Multiplex offers cadets and graduates the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in the construction industry in a fun and challenging environment. Since commencing with the company, I have worked on 3 unique and interesting projects and have performed a variety of roles in design, safety, site supervision and contracts administration. This exposure to a broad range of areas has enabled me to discover the career path best suited to me, and cadets and graduates are always encouraged to pave their own careers within the company.

The most enjoyable aspect about working for Brookfield Multiplex is the people – their expertise, teamwork and professionalism. Throughout my time in the company I have developed a number of relationships that have extended outside my working life. These relationships have been made possible by the networking opportunities provided to cadets and graduates, including an annual cadet and graduate camp and activities such as white water rafting and bare foot bowling.

Does working for Brookfield Multiplex assist with your studies?

While undertaking my cadetship, Brookfield Multiplex accommodated my university commitments to such an extent that I graduated with first class honours and the UNSW university medal. In addition to this, I graduated having fulfilled 3 years of full time experience in the company. The opportunities given to cadets and graduates to develop into future leaders of the company make working for Brookfield Multiplex a most enjoyable and rewarding experience.
