Technical Experience and Development

You will get to work on a variety of industry leading projects where you will receive on-the-job coaching and mentoring from top professionals in the industry. You will have the opportunity to participate in courses to develop your technical skills and knowledge and you will work through a skills framework that will provide a direction for learning and allow you to take ownership of your own development.

Behavioural Development

In your first few months of employment, you will be given feedback on your assessments from recruitment and assistance in using this information for your development. Throughout the course of your program you will participate in workshops that cover critical behavioural skills.

Becoming a Leader

Our cadets and graduates are the future leaders of our business, therefore we offer endless opportunities and challenges to build your leadership capability. All cadets and graduates attend a bi-annual national leadership and team building camp. There is an opportunity to win an overseas development scholarship and other awards; as well as participate in community projects and regular cadet and graduate meetings. In the final year of your program, you will participate in workshops that will focus on building your mentoring capability and prepare you for the next step in your career.

Balancing work and study

Those who are still studying (cadets) are provided with a support network and a platform of practical experience and development which reinforces learning from university.
